Azora performed a full window/door replacement at my home. They were extremely easy to work with – very responsive, knowledgeable, transparent, and had experience with the specific high performance windows I wanted (Alpen Tyrol series). Everything from the initial quote, measurements, communication, back-and-forth on specific options, glazing packages, and interior/exterior trim details went really smoothly. Azora clearly has the right knowledge and expertise. The install was quick and painless. Josh, with Azora, was very flexible with the manufacturer’s shifting delivery schedule. (There were so many supply chain struggles in 2021). Azora’s crew were cleaned and vacuumed everything before leaving each day. The windows and door are such an upgrade.

Azora did an outstanding job installing 22 windows and a huge 9-foot sliding patio door. Not only are they installed perfectly, Azora paid attention to little details like matching the caulking used for the cedar siding. And we really appreciate the way they cleaned up and vacuumed everything each day (some contractors don’t do this). We just had hardwood floors installed, and they put down runners and covers everywhere to protect it. Amazing work with a lot of thought and care! Great communication throughout the project. I highly recommend this team.

Azora helped us replace windows that were damaged from hail. It was during COVID so we had to wait to get the work done since we had renters in the house, but Azora so wonderful—even storing our windows until the work could be done.
